Customer Service Information

Shipping within the continental United States is free, so there is no additional cost unless you choose expedited shipping for $12.99. For Alaska, Hawaii, and non-continental U.S. territories shipping is based on the weight of the order and starts at $1.99.Tax is only charged in the state of Colorado.

The products will usually ship within 1 business day. Delivery time varies, but your order will generally arrive in 5 to 10 business days with free standard shipping, but may take longer depending on your location, time of year, etc. Expedited shipping will generally arrive in 2 to 5 business days, but there is no guarantee on the delivery time. If you are in a hurry we recommend choosing Expedited shipping, although this option may not be available during checkout if something in your cart is temporarily out of stock.

Important note: Your order may ship via a UPS or DHL service that is actually delivered by the post office. If you click on the tracking link you receive and the information is incomplete, please copy the tracking number and paste it into the USPS tracking website at this link:

International shipping is not available at this time, we only ship to the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Returns: You may return new, unused products in original condition within 60 days of receipt. Please contact us to arrange for a return.

Energy Pearls: We offer a 60 day money back guarantee for our Energy Pearls. Please use the products regularly for at least 30 days before deciding, since energy change takes time and consistency.

The Energy Pearls have an expiration date of approximately two years from when you receive them. One bottle will last for 6 weeks with regular use, or 12 weeks if using two stories at once.

This depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If you have a specific issue you want to address like poor sleep, anxiety, health support, or simply improving your personal energy, then the Biofield Therapy products are ideal. If you want to harmonize your environment and the food, water, and other drinks you consume then the Harmonizer products are appropriate. Of course to really optimize the energy in your life it’s great to combine the products!

The Harmonizing Water Bottle is always a great place to start. And if you have a specific goal you are trying to accomplish then use it with the Energy Pearls from one of the Biofield Therapy stories (choose the Starter Bundle to get both at a discount).

They are all designed to be used every day. With the Biofield Therapy products in particular, consistent daily use is important.

The Harmonizing Water Bottle is for water only. And the Energy Pearls must be used in the Harmonizing Water Bottle.

There pearls must be dissolved in the bottle, as they depend on the harmonized water to function effectively. Once they're dissolved you may put the water in other containers to consume.

No, you may use one without the other. Optimally you would use both, since the Disc can be used to transmit the energy to food, liquids other than water, and even objects like jewelry, while the Pearls are the most effective way to get the energy into your biofield.

They are made of Xylitol, a natural sweetener. You use so few that it doesn't noticeably change the taste of your water. You can learn more about Xylitol here.

It comes with two straps that you use to attach it to the main water pipe coming into your home. It is a quite simple process to install it, and instructions are included. Once installed there is nothing you need to do, all your water is harmonized and vitalized from then on!

No, since the products work at the energetic level, they will not interfere with medications, which are operating at the physical level. If anything, they are likely to make your other treatments more effective.
