+ To change the wood medallion in the pendant to another energy story, remove the chain and open the silver piece by pulling apart the two sides. If it doesn't open easily you may need to pry a bit with your fingernail or other sharp object. Then insert the new medallion, close the silver piece, and put the chain back through it.

Materials. Hypo-allergenic stainless-steel. Water-resistant.

Medallion. Wood from the Styrian chestnut tree grown in Europe. The chestnut tree is infused with yang energy and relates to the fire element. It's symbolic of a long life and the ability to attune to and receive ancient wisdom. With regards to metaphysical healing, it's tied to the stomach, spleen, and kidneys. Medallion is interchangeable. Collect all 6.

Sizing. Chain is 23.5 inches in length. Medallion is 1.25 inches in diameter and 3/16 inches thick.

Energy. Proprietary bio-resonance energy. The energy lasts indefinitely and doesn't wear out or need to be recharged.

Care. Clean with warm water and mild, natural soap, a soft cloth. Please don't use harsh chemical detergents. Don't immerse the wood medallion in water.

Q. How long until I will feel a difference?
A. That depends a lot on where you're starting from and how consistent and committed you are to using the product(s), but most people will notice small changes in a matter of days and a significant difference in a matter of weeks.

Q. Can I use different products and energy stories at the same time?
A. Yes, please feel free to! A few notes:
+ You can use any of the Energy Therapy products with our harmonizers with no issues.
+ If you're using multiple energy stories (e.g. Health & Harmony, No Worries, My Way, etc.) we recommend starting with no more than 3 at a time, and if that feels good then add up to one more for a total of 4 at once. You can mix and match jewelry, discs, and pearls.

Q. Will energy therapy interfere with medicine or other treatments?
A. No, since Energy Therapy is happening at the energetic level, it will not interfere with medications, which are happening at the physical level. If anything, it's likely to make your other treatments more effective.

Q. How long will the energy last?
A. Indefinitely. It doesn't diminish or wear out and doesn't need to be recharged.
