Charges for Shipping & Tax

  • Standard shipping within the continental United States is $5 up to $125 order value, and free for orders over $125
  • Expedited shipping is $12 up to $200 order value, and free for orders over $200
  • For Alaska, Hawaii, and non-continental U.S. territories shipping is based on the weight of the order and starts at $2
  • Tax is only charged in the state of Colorado

Delivery Times

We can’t guarantee exact delivery times, as delays may occur once your package leaves our facility—especially during holidays, peak seasons, or when shipping to rural or remote areas. Order processing times and shipping times may be longer during holiday season.

For Standard Shipping, your order will usually ship within 1 business day of order being placed and will generally arrive 3-5 business days thereafter. 

For Expedited Shipping your order will usually ship within 1 business day of order being placed and will generally arrive 2-3 business days thereafter, although these times are not guaranteed. If you are in a hurry we recommend choosing Expedited Shipping, although this option may not be available during checkout if something in your cart is temporarily out of stock. 

Please note: Life Harmony Energies is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. 

Carriers We Use

Your order may ship via a UPS or DHL service that is actually delivered by the post office. If you click on your tracking link and the information is incomplete, please copy the tracking number and paste it into the USPS tracking website at this link:

Returns

Unless otherwise noted, you may return new, unused products in original condition and original packaging within 30 days of delivery date. If the product is damaged or looks like it has been used then a refund will not be issued and we cannot send the product back to you, so be sure not to use or alter the product if you're unsure whether you will keep it. 

Return policy excludes 14-karat fine jewelry which is final sale and not returnable.

Warranty Policy

All products are warranted for one year under normal/intended use for defects in materials and workmanship. Any product found to be defective we will gladly replace for you when you contact us for a warranty claim. We may require pictures or the return of the product before replacing/refunding it.

Do you offer a pay over time / installment payment plan?

If you choose to pay with Shop Pay or PayPal you will usually be offered the option to pay over 4 installments. Either program will require a brief credit approval process. Details about the Shop Pay program are available here and the PayPal program.
