Harmony!
Not only is this bracelet beautiful, wearing it daily has also made a drastic difference in my overall well-being! It has helped me to feel more grounded, provided emotional balance, awareness, and positive energies. Grounding
I've been wearing this bracelet since mid-April. I was feeling ungrounded, overly emotional, poor memory, etc. I decided on this bracelet. I have definitely noticed a difference. It's unmistakable. I'm back to my normal ability to take things as they come and my memory is better too! I also use an oil blend I made when it's a particularly rough day, but it wasn't doing the job every day without the bracelet. Sometimes I forget to put it on and only notice I don't have it on when I'm snapping at my kids 😬

Deep peace
I love all LHE products and this one is no exception. Like the Health & Harmony bracelet before it, the Be Still & Know never leaves my wrist (except to shower). I am very intuitive to begin with but have often struggled with all the “interference” that is a part of modern life, whether it’s my kids’ constant stream of demands, or all the “noise” that is so hard to escape nowadays. With this bracelet I find that I’m able to dwell more consistently in the eye of the storm; a quiet, centered space of stillness where the voice of my own inner knowing is much more clearly perceptible— no matter what is going on around me.
