Why grounding is important

We all know that electrical equipment must be grounded in order to avoid interfering frequencies. The same applies for humans! We are electromagnetic beings but we haven’t been grounded for a long time – especially since we spend most of our time indoors, rarely walk barefoot in the grass, and wear rubber-soled shoes  – all of which causes us to be ungrounded and disconnected from the earth’s grounding energy.

When we’re ungrounded we can be vulnerable to external energy. We can experience stress from external sources which disrupts our wellbeing. A common example of this is when you’re traveling on a business trip or vacation and have to sleep in strange beds. Sleep can often be impaired and one possible cause is external energy.
