To be considered “vermeil,” jewelry must meet specific standards:

Q. What is the ceramic loop on the bracelet for?
There may be a small ceramic ring attached to the lobster clasp. This acts as an "interrupter" so that there is not a ring of solid metal around the wrist. This helps improve the functionality slightly, although it is not crucial for the bracelet to work properly.
Q. Why does the Luna Link Bracelet have a smaller than normal O-ring for the clasp to attach to?
The Luna Link Bracelet is designed to work with our EMF charms: the Crescent Charm, Star Charm, and Numerology Charm Set. In order for the charms to slide onto the bracelet, the O-ring needs to be smaller than normal. The bracelet will clasp but it may be a more delicate process than you're used to for a typical chain bracelet.

If you're using multiple energy stories (e.g. Health & Harmony, No Worries, My Way, etc.) we recommend starting with no more than 3 at a time, and if that feels good then add up to one more for a total of 4 at once.
Q. How do I care for my LHE jewelry?
A. Use a soft polishing cloth to clean and a soft paper towel to dry if it gets wet. To preserve the luster of your jewelry and to prevent tarnish as much as possible, please follow these guidelines:
- Do not immerse in water.
- Please remove when swimming or in the shower and avoid exposing to significant amounts of moisture or perspiration.
- Avoid exposure to sunscreen, perfume, cosmetics, household bleach, and other strong chemicals like alcohol which can wear away the finish over time.
