Place a Return Order

Save 10% and get a free prepaid return label by placing another order now during your return process!

Here are the steps:

1. Browse our products below or use the menus at the top of the site to find the products you want, and add them to your cart. The discount will be applied during checkout.
2. Click the "Continue with my return" button on the shopping cart or in the lower right corner to continue the return process.
3. Click the "Print shipping label" button to get your pre-paid return label.
4. Click the "Checkout now" button and complete the checkout process.
5. You will need to pay for the new order now (less the 10% discount) and your original payment method will be refunded when the return is received. The $7.99 return processing fee for the prepaid label will be waived and not deducted from your refund.

Changed your mind? No problem, just click the "Continue with my return" button in the bottom right corner with your shopping cart empty to go back to the return process. Go back one step and click "Show more options" and choose either a gift card or refund to your original payment method.
