Team LHE USA: Marty, Kelly, Angela, Morgan (see dogs below!)

Words have energy.

And they have the power to either help or hurt when we speak them to others. But have you ever considered the impact your words have on you, when you say them to yourself?

It’s so important to give yourself positive, honest, and kind words. YOU are listening, of course! You’re taking on the information and energy which affects your emotions, your actions, and ultimately your life experience.

Why not feed yourself good words?! All of us at Life Harmony Energies use the power of words daily to help us along this sometimes difficult journey of life.

Here are our favorite mottos and affirmations and why we love them. Feel free to adopt them and use them for yourself!

Marty. Chief Energy Guru. Our fearless founder and leader.

I surrender my life and my path to the highest good of Life Force Energy.
Reminds me that what really matters is aligning with the energy of the Universe, and then all else will take care of itself.

I am not the doer, I am simply a channel for divine love and light.
A follow up to the surrender above, this reminds me not to sweat the small stuff, just relax and let it flow.

I send unconditional love to all beings, for we are all connected.
Reminds me to send out only positive energy, for I am sending it to myself.

I hold no judgements or opinions, for all beings and all things are perfect, beautiful, and miraculous.
Reminds me that the Universe always manifests just as it should, so I should trust it completely.

My destiny is to spread the healing power of divine energy throughout the world.
Reminds me to accept and carry out my work with pure joy in my heart, for my job is a blessing.

Kelly. K-Smiles. Our customer service angel.

Be here now.
Brings me back to this moment.

May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.
A reminder to follow my heart and not my fears

Everything is happening in the best case scenario.
Helps me manifest good things and look at the bright side of life.

And so it is.
To remember that anything is possible and to affirm the good.

It is what it is.
A reminder that things aren’t in our control, so I can surrender and grow in the process.

Angela. Chief Energy Fairy. Our brand director and creative diva.

This or something better.
Helps me to let go of wanting what I don’t have and helps me remember that God/the Universe has my back.

How can this be easy and fun?
Helps me release worry, fear, and creative blocks. Helps me to remember to play, which is when my best work happens.

My body knows what to do.
Reminds me that my body is wise and knows how to maintain and repair itself if I let it.

I am ____________________ (fill in the blank with positive trait or state).
Powerfully affirms who I want to be in the world. Directs my attention where I want my energy to go, not where I don't want it to go.

Where will you have me go? What will you have me do? What will you have me say? And to who?
Helps me surrender to Divine Order, go with the flow, and pay attention to synchronicities.

Morgan. ShipMo. Our fulfillment and shipping hero.

Hurt people, hurt people.
This is something I consider if and when I ever have an interaction with, or witness an interaction between people where one or both of the parties are trying to take each other down a notch or anything of the sort. I think it is a simple and profound motto to help not take anything personally.

Don’t say sorry, say thank you. Don’t worry, be grateful.
I think a lot of us are raised in this society to feel like we’re doing things wrong, or that it’s our fault things happen. If I’m late, rather than say “sorry for being late,” I say “thank you for your patience.  This is another way to transmute a lower energy feeling of guilt and shame,) into one of the highest energy feelings - gratitude.

And of course, wisdom from the dogs!
